What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely based on personal preference and skating style. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and up offers more stability for transition and ramps.
What is your return policy for skateboards?
We accept returns on unused and un-gripped items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been assembled or grip tape has been applied, it cannot be returned.
Do you ship Chocolate Skateboards internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Are your decks made of 100% North American Maple?
Absolutely. All Chocolate Skateboards decks are constructed from 7-ply North American Maple to ensure the best pop, durability, and performance for all levels of skaters.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
