Chocolate Skateboards accepts returns on unused and unmounted equipment within 30 days of purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. All items must be in their original shrink-wrap and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack your unused skateboard decks or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring decks remain in their protective shrink-wrap.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
